We offer a facilty to enable the public to sell their homes through ourselves with all the usual benefits of an estate agent, such as For Sale Boards, Local Media Advertising, Property details posted on all the major UK property portals, such as Primelocation, Propertyfinder, Fish4Homes, Thinkproperty, however with a new unique approach and fees of upto 85% LESS than the High Street Agent.

UKpropertyshop was created by two successful business entrepreneurs, who themselves have over 20 Years been involved in successful Property Investment & Development projects across the UK.

As more and more people now decide NOT to walk the streets looking for the 'Right' estate agent to sell their home. We have seen a massive hole in the UK Housing Market, brought about by the fact that people now decide to Shop & Search on-line from the comfort of their own homes.

UKpropertyshop can be either a premises based franchise or home based. This enables all of our franchisees the flexibility to operate their business at what ever level they so wish. We offer residential support and assitance to both SALES and TO LET customers. We do not directly offer any financial services products, as we feel this is best practiced by specialist mortgage advisors. However we do have the facility to refer clients, when necessary for legal or financial assistance.

All of our franchisees hold exclusive territory rights. This means that you will be the only UKpropertyshop agent in your particular town or area of responsibility for the period of the licence.

Each franchise territory is carefully planned and mapped around the geography and dynamics of the local market place. Our aim is to provide you with a territory that is big enough for you to manage and that also allows for your future expansion plans if required.

The franchise license is held for a minimum period of 10 Years - After which point you will have the opportunity to renew your franchise license. We appreciate that many franchise holders will want to expand their territory of responsibility within a short period of time. So with this in mind we will offer any franchisee upto a maximum of FIVE franchise licences during the 10 year period. (Subject to Approval.)

The rewards of operating a UKpropertyshop Franchise can be significant, not only the financial ongoing rewards, but also the satisfaction of building your new business into a valuable asset.

We estimate that a well run franchise will have a tunrover of between £200K - £350K per annumn

What is the total capital investment required?

The total capital investment required to launch a UKpropertyshop franchise has been set at £45K for a 10 year Licence to operate the franchise within your specified area of responsibility. This is an introductory offer to NEW franchisees during 2008 and we intend to increase this to £60K for 2009

There will also be an annual Advertising & Marketing Contribution of £3K + 15% Royalty Payment on all business undertaken within you designated area of responsibility.

We are able to offer an Installment payment plan for all new franchisees whereby 60% of the franchise fee is paid upon joining (£27000) and the balance is paid in two equal installments at 12 & 24 Months. We recommend that you will also need approximatley £5K - £10K working capital.

You will be given exclusive rights to use the UKpropertyshop brand in all forms of marketing activities.

We will supply you with your initial Launch Pack - Including All Stationery/Boards/IT Support & Brand Marketing for your first 10 Properties. AT NO ADDITONAL COST

You will however need suitable PC Hardware to cater for your business needs.

Available territories

We have a large number of exclusive territories available right across the UK and we will consider any location where we do not currently have a franchisee within 10 miles.
